Can I try Check-ing for free before making a decision?+
We wouldn't have it any other way! We offer our users a 14-day free trial! Our trial offers all the same features as a starter basic paying account, and you can upgrade whenever you want.
How does my free trial work?+
Our free trial provides you with almost unlimited access to Check-ing personal area for 14 days. You get the full experience so you know exactly what you get when you become a happy customer.
What happens after my free trial?+
During the 14-day trial, you can upgrade to any paid plan, or after the 14 days, the trial upgrade to a starter basic quarterly plan.
What happens if i switch to a new plan?+
We will credit you the remaining amount of days from your current billing cycle, then we will charge you the balance remaining for the new plan. This can be done at any time, even if you prepaid for a year. This gives you the flexibility to scale up at your own pace.
Can i upgrade or dowgrade anytime?+
Absolutely. Check-ing´s flexible payment plans allow you to upgrade, or cancel at any time as per your contract. Your contract is either quarterly or annually. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What currency are your prices in?+
All our prices are expressed in Euros.
What payment methods does Check-ing accepts?+
You can set up a subscription using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Applicable sales taxes will be added to your invoice.
Do you offer discounts?+
You can easily save up to 20% on your subscription by switching from quarterly to annual. Take a look for yourself at just how much you can save.
Are there any set up or onboarding fees?+
There are no setup or hidden onboarding fees with any of our plans.
Is my data safe?+
Your data is important for you so it is for us. We take data security very seriously at Check-ing, Azure from Microsoft is our hosting partner, and our servers are hosted in a world class data center.
